FC Barcelona to Host Historic Game at Partially Completed Camp Nou this Saturday
Barça revealed their first game will take place at the still-under-construction Camp Nou this Saturday. They will welcome Athletic Bilbao in La Liga over two years following their departure to allow renovations to start.
“We’ve dreamed about the return. Now, it’s here. We’re back home. Back at Spotify Camp Nou.”
Not all seats will be available but 45,401 spectators are permitted inside under the licence granted. When completed, it will accommodate over 104,000 attendees, up from the previous 99,000. The club said completed upgrades featured a new players’ tunnel plus modern locker rooms.
