'The president is unhinged': Trump's social media activity appears more odd.
According to many watchers, across the United States and internationally, the president has been conducting himself unusually lately. Especially online.

When a potential government closure neared within the United States recently, the commander-in-chief shared an AI video which depicted Hakeem Jeffries, the first Black House minority leader, sporting a Mexican hat and amplified facial hair, with mariachi music playing behind the scenes.
Hispanic groups criticized the social media content labeling them "racist", "dangerous" and "deplorable", however Trump intensified, publishing additional footage depicting the president in a sombrero strumming a guitar with a representation of the minority leader.
Artificial Intelligence Posts and Conspiracy Theories
It wasn't the only situation in which the president's conduct has seemed unusual. The previous weekend the president shared via his preferred network an artificially produced misleading footage that advocated "therapeutic bed centers".
"Every American will soon receive a personal medical bed card," the artificial version of Trump ostensibly in the presidential office stated. Using this, you'll access certain admission to our new hospitals directed by premier medical experts across the country."
Disregarding the truth that the idea of "med beds" constitutes a right-leaning speculative claim – certain proponents argue that federal authorities and/or select rich individuals possess advanced medical equipment that addresses multiple conditions, while hiding the advancement – the president's share generated multiple inquiries.
Administration Answer
The post was ultimately deleted, yet it continues puzzling, and the administration's reaction did little to allay the bewilderment.
"I think the president saw the video and published it, subsequently deleted it," the administration spokesperson stated when asked about the video.
Additional Troubling Occurrences
During a latest address at the White House wherein the president asserted – against most existing evidence – that Tylenol could contribute to autism if women take it during pregnancy, the president puzzlingly mentioned about "specific aspects of brilliance that could be provided to newborns".
Seven days prior, during a press conference alongside UK leader Keir Starmer, the president mixed up Albania with Armenia while talking about a peace agreement created between the countries.
Church Tragedy Reaction
Back in the social media world, the commander-in-chief shared on his social media platform that he had "been briefed" about a shooting at a Latter-day Saint church in Michigan resulting in four fatalities.
He later published more material. Yet, it didn't constitute news regarding the developing situation in Michigan. Conversely, a few hours subsequently, he posted footage which showed an array of golden accessories and decorations.
Military Address
Beyond the bewildering social media activity, the commander-in-chief's live presentations have also become odd.
Recently, Trump summoned the country's top military commanders for a gathering in Virginia. Addressing the top military brass, the president, appearing exhausted, promoted his claimed achievements.
"America is respected again as a country. The nation wasn't esteemed during Biden's tenure," Trump continued. Observers saw him descending stairs awkwardly every day. Every day, the guy's falling down stairs."
Political Reactions
The speech generated instant worry, comprising retired armed forces personnel. Retired military leader Barry McCaffrey commented to media that Trump's performance constituted "some of the most peculiar, concerning occurrences I've experienced".
"The president seemed confused, weary, highly divisive, occasionally foolish," the general stated.
Trump's speech was enough for Representative Madeleine Dean, a Democratic lawmaker from Pennsylvania, to confront the Republican congressional leader, the House speaker.
"The commander-in-chief appears unstable. He seems unhealthy," Dean told Johnson.
The speaker seemed undisturbed about the comments. "Actually numerous people from your party appear similar," the speaker answered.
