This Elegant Sake Martini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
